The Growth Programme is designed to help you grow your business and improve the skills and knowledge of management and staff. As part of the delivery of the Growth Programme, Workspace will be running a number of events that will offer Growth clients the opportunity to receive advice on specific issues.

Market planning is a vital part of successful business growth. It involves conducting a marketing analysis, identifying the marketing strategy and developing an appropriate marketing mix. Effective market planning will bring a number of benefits to a growing business e.g. speed to market, reduced risk and it can help maximize the growth potential.
This workshop aims to explore the market planning process within the context of business growth and provide information on sources of support and advice.

Have you ever wanted to know just exactly what Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social networking sites are all about? And, how it could possibly increase the visibility of your business brand or your sales?
This information session will introduce you to the concept of social media and how it can be used to promote (yourself and) your organisation. There will be a swift, jargon-free run-through of what is available.
The objectives of the session are as follows:
- To introduce you to the new tools and what they do
- To introduce you to the new terminology
- To suggest ways in which you might use the tools to promote your organisation
- To warn you about pitfalls and expenses you might incur along the way
This session is for anyone who wants to gain a quick-fire overview of what social media is and how it can benefit them.
